We we are looking for friendly volunteers who enjoy walking to help lead our walks in Bexhill and Hastings. Walks last about an hour and take place on various days and locations each week.

Leaders usually lead a couple of walks a month. Full training given and no experience needed.
Walking is one of the simplest ways to improve both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Our friendly, accessible health walks are designed so that anyone can join in, enjoy the outdoors, and move at a comfortable pace.
We’re looking for volunteers to help lead these walks—and you could be just who we need!
