As a Volunteer Shop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of one of our hospice shops, helping to create a welcoming environment for customers, volunteers and donors. Working alongside the Shop Manager, you’ll assist with supervising volunteers, managing stock, serving customers, operating the till and maintaining high shop standards. You may also take responsibility for opening, closing and overseeing the shop when the manager is not on site, helping to ensure every sale contributes to the vital funds needed to support hospice care across Hastings and Rother.
