Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group would like local residents help!

The Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group, along with the other two Clinical Commissioning groups in the area, are looking for help from local residents with regard to the way they explain, on their website, the personal information that health services hold and store about us.

The website explains what personal information is collected, how it is used and stored.  It also explains the rights individuals have with regard to their own information – what is stored about them and the fact that you can request a copy of your record.

They would like help to make the explanations easier to understand and would like help in reviewing what is currently published.  If you would like to be involved or would like to find out more in advance, please contact Helen Foreman at the address or email address below by the end of Friday 23 January 2015.  This will be followed by an invitation to a meeting in early February with members of the CCG Information Governance Team although you can still be involved even if you can’t attend.
