Volunteer Health Walk Leaders

Health walks are free one hour group walks designed to help people to gradually build their health and fitness with a regular walking habit. All our walks are led by trained volunteers. If you enjoy walking and would like to help people in your community to improve their health, would you like to join the team in Bexhill, Battle, Fairlight, Rye or Sidley?

No previous experience is required, a friendly and supportive nature is the most important thing. Free training is provided and we supply all the maps and equipment.

Pop along to a walk for a chat or get in touch: lorna.neville@tcv.org.uk
