Answering queries about the questions in the census form
Filling in the form for you with you on the phone supplying the information. All staff have signed a confidentiality agreement and your information will not be shared with anyone else.
Supplying a new access code
Residents can get help by phone with filling in their Census form between March 1 and May 4. ONS support is also available here.
Data from the census informs where public funding is spent on services like transport, education and health – on cycle routes, schools and dental surgeries.
Understanding the needs of the nation helps everyone from central government to local organisations, such as councils and health authorities, plan and fund public services across England and Wales.
