New fund for Community Friends and Good Neighbour Schemes

Good Neighbour Development Grant Fund – awards up to the value of £500 (five hundred pounds)

 

East Sussex County Council are pleased to offer a time-limited funding opportunity which could assist you to further develop your local Community Friends or Good Neighbour Scheme.

The grants is up to £500 (five hundred pounds) to existing and new Community Friends/Good Neighbour Scheme groups with an income of under £50,000 to support activities that either:

  1. Support an established Good Neighbour Scheme to develop, either through expanding or ensuring that the GNS groups can remain self-sustaining
  2. Assist a new Good Neighbour Scheme (GNS) to become operational

Please be aware that although the fund closes for applications at 5pm on the  is 23rd February, this is a limited grant funding pot, so applicants are advised to apply early to ensure that sufficient funds are still available.
